Imran Khan will get bail due to an agreement with Pakistan Army

Will not make any statement against the Army chief

Islamabad (Pakistan) – Pakistan’s former Prime Minister Imran Khan, who has been in jail for the past 8 months, is likely to get bail soon along with his wife. Imran Khan’s party ‘Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’ has reached an agreement with the Pakistan Army and Imran Khan will be kept under house arrest. Under the agreement, Khan should not make any statement against Army Chief Asim Munir, otherwise, he would be sent back to jail. But he will be allowed to speak against other officials. According to Mazhar, a political analyst in Pakistan, in Pakistani politics, the speed at which crimes are filed against politicians is closed the same way.

Why is Imran Khan behind bars ?

Imran Khan is accused of selling gifts received from other countries as head of state while he was in the position of Toshkhana, i.e. Prime Minister. It has been proven. He is serving 14 years imprisonment in this case. Apart from this, he has also been sentenced to 10 years in the case of theft of secret documents. Now he will get bail in both these cases. Al Qadir’s case against him in the case of land grabbing will also continue.
