Prof Abdullah Mollah accused of keeping sexual relations in exchange for passing in the exam

Kolkata (Bengal) – At the Visva-Bharati University in Santiniketan, 3 female students filed a complaint against guest professor Abdullah Mollah, accusing him of demanding physical relations in exchange for passing in the exams. The Police have registered a case for this serious allegation. Prof Mollah, however, has denied these accusations.

1.These female students study in the ‘Persian, Urdu and Islamic Studies’ department of the university. They alleged that Prof Abdullah Mollah sent them obscene messages on WhatsApp and touched them inappropriately multiple times.

2.Prof Mollah has denied these accusations, stating, “I have no knowledge of this. I am being framed. If I have sent any message on WhatsApp to a student, it is related to studies and has nothing to do with anything else. I have been teaching here for many years and have never faced such accusations before.”

The whole world witnessed the stance of the Bengal Police in Sandeshkhali case. Therefore, even though the Trinamool Congress Government’s Police have registered a case in this matter, it would not be surprising if no further action is taken.
