Teaser of the film on ‘Swatantryaveer Savarkar’ released

Mumbai – A biopic on freedom fighter Swatantryaveer Savarkar will be released in Marathi and Hindi. A teaser of its Hindi version has been released and it is receiving a huge response. The film portrays the persecution Veer Savarkar went through while in jail. Veer Savarkar has been portrayed by actor Randeep Hooda who has also directed the film. His acting in this film is being appreciated. The film will be released on 22^nd March 2024 on the eve of ‘Martyrs’ Day’. On 23^rd March, freedom fighters Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev, and Rajguru were hanged to death. The glimpse of the film shown in the 3:21 minutes long teaser has generated curiosity amongst people about this film.

1. In the 1857 battle, Hindus and Muslims fought together because the nation came before religion.

3. In one incident, Veer Savarkar’s wife tells him that crossing the ocean could be ominous. Savarkar replies to her that the ocean was washing Bharat Mata’s feet, and it not only took him around the world but also, brought him back to her.
