Hindu-hater urinates in front of the entrance of Shri Kali Mata temple in Harrawala (Uttarakhand)

Dehradun (Uttarakhand) – A Hindu-hater youth urinated and then pelted stones at the temple in front of the main entrance of Shri Kali Mata temple in Harrawala town in Uttarakhand. The incident took place around 1 p.m. This incident has been captured on CCTV. After the footage was circulated on social media, Hindu organisations expressed their outrage. After this incident, activists of Hindu organisations gathered in large numbers at the temple and warned that they will protest if the Hindu-hater is not arrested soon.

According to Hindu organisations, there have been several incidents of vandalism of Idols of Deities in temples or damage to temples; however, these types of incidents are happening continuously as strict action is not being taken by the Police.

Police say that only after the arrest of the accused it would be clear whether this person had the intention of disturbing religious harmony or was he mentally insane.
