Varanasi (UP) – A resolution was passed in the ‘Hindu Rashtra Convention’ held in Varanasi on 4th and 5th November that only those political parties and honest representatives of the people who promise to work for the ‘Hindu Rashtra’ and the welfare of Hindus will get the support of Hindus in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Sadguru (Dr) Charudatta Pingale (National Guide of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti) provided this information in a Press conference at Paradkar Bhawan after the Convention. Mr Chetan Rajhans (National Spokesperson of Sanatan Sanstha) and Mr Vishwanath Kulkarni (State Coordinator of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti for Uttar Pradesh and Bihar) were present on this occasion.

Sadguru (Dr) Charudatta Pingale added that 210 people including office bearers, advocates, trustees of temples, industrialists and others from 51 organisations in Nepal, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Odisha, Delhi, Assam and Bengal were present for this Convention.

During the Convention discussions took place on the kind of work expected from political parties for the welfare of Hindus in the future. Devout Hindus have drafted a letter to be submitted to all political parties; some points are – declaring India and Nepal as ‘Hindu Rashtra’, enacting strict laws against ‘Love Jihad’, religious conversions and cow-slaughter, banning Halal Certification, ending the control of Governments over temples, revoking the Places of Worship Act and the Waqf Board Act, enacting a Population Control Law, resettling Kashmiri Hindus.
