Tehran (Iran) – Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Khamenei has threatened that if the attacks by Israel continue in the Gaza Strip. “If these crimes continue, Muslims and resistance forces will become impatient, and no one can stop them. They should know this. This is a fact that exists,” he said on Tuesday, during a meeting with a group of academic elites and prominent scientists at the Imam Khomeini Hussainiyah in southern Tehran.
Earlier, Iran’s Foreign Minister Amir-Abdollahian stressed that Iran has its red lines. He said that if the Israeli military operation continues — and especially if Israel follows through on its promise of a ground offensive in Gaza — Iran would have to respond. “If the measures aimed at immediately stopping the Israeli attacks that are killing children in the Gaza Strip end in a deadlock, it is highly probable that many other fronts will be opened. This option is not ruled out and this is becoming increasingly more probable,” Amir-Abdollahian said.
Although Iran has not clarified how the exact action will be taken.
