Prof Chandrashekhar said, “There is potassium cyanide in Shriramcharitmanas and I will continue to oppose it till my last breath. If you serve 55 different types of sweets and add a little potassium cyanide to them, will anyone eat them ? For this statement, an award of Rs 10 crore will be declared to cut off my tongue. If my tongue is worth crores of rupees, what must be the value of my throat ?”

Prof Chandrashekhar should convert if he has a problem – BJP

BJP spokesperson Neeraj Kumar said on Prof Chandrashekhar’s statement that he has been constantly spitting venom against Shriramcharaitmanas. Doesn’t Chief Minister Nitish Kumar hear what Chandrashekhar is saying ? Chandrashekhar is constantly insulting Sanatan Dharma. If his Minister has any problem with Hinduism, he should convert to another religion.

Janata Dal (Sanyukta) alienates itself from Prof Chandrshekhar’s statement

The ruling JDU has alienated itself from the statement made by Prof Chandrashekhar. JDU’s Spokesperson, Abhishek Jha said that those who see potassium cyanide in Shriramcharitmanas, should keep their views to themselves and should not try to impose them on other parties or I.N.D.I.A Bloc. We respect all religions and the Holy Scriptures. A few people make such kind of statements to remain in the public limelight.

Editorial Viewpoint

Prof Chandrashekhar will not dare to insult the Holy Scriptures of the non-Hindus because he knows its consequences.
