Union Government clarified its stand in the Supreme Court

New Delhi – The Union Government told the SC that it was the jihadi terror attack at Pulwama in February 2019, claiming the lives of 40 CRPF jawans, which triggered the decision to remove the special status for J&K and integrate the State fully into the Indian Union.
