
New Delhi – In recent developments, the Delhi High Court granted a stay order on the action to be taken against the unauthorised Bachchu Shah Mosque on Babar Road (also known as Bengali Market Mosque) and Mosque Takia Babbar Shah near Railway Bridge on Tilak Marg.

Both these Mosques were deemed unauthorised and had been served notices by the railway administration to vacate within 15 days notices each by the railway administration to vacate the premises. In response to the notices, the Waqf Board filed a petition in High Court against it.
