Rajkot (Gujarat) – An incident of a minor girl’s rape studying in Class IX has come to light here. Rafiq Arab called the victim minor girl to his home, tied her hands and legs, and then raped her. He threatened to kill her to silence her. As the girl started experiencing abdominal pain, she told entire incident to her mother. Relatives of the victim girl filed a complaint at the women’s Police station. The Police registered a case against accused Rafiq and arrested him.

In the complaint, the victim girl has said, ‘Rafiq was a friend of my father. Often, he used to come to our house. One day Rafiq called me to his house on the pretext of riding a bike. As soon as I reached Rafiq’s house, he took me to his room and raped me.” The Police are investigating further in this matter.
