Incidents of rioting by fanatic Muslims on Ramnavmi in Bengal

Kolkata – The Police did not allow the ‘Fact Finding Committee’ of the Nation Human Rights Commission to meet the Hindu victims when they had gone to get information about the violence that happened in Hoogly (Bengal) on the occasion of Ramnavami.

The Commission asked what is it that Chief Minister Mamta Banerjee’s Government trying to hide ? They are opposing meeting the victims alone by imposing a curfew. Commission’s Bhavana Bajaj said that when they went to meet the victims the Police stopped them. We were just wanting to meet the victims, but they did not allow us to meet them. She asked if the State Government is not capable of maintaining Law and order ?
