An investigation has revealed that there was the involvement of madarasa in the violence during the procession of the Durga Devi Idol’s immersion procession in Sultanpur. It has been revealed that the attackers on the procession were students of the madarasas. 32 individuals have been arrested in this connection. The plan for this attack was made long ago. Stones and bricks were collected for this. The electricity for the area was shut down as planned. A witness has said that the madarasa maulana (religious leader of the Muslims) provoked the Muslims to attack the procession.
