
New Delhi – Affidavit filed by the Centre in Delhi High Court states that intruder Rohingyas in India have links with Pakistan-based terror organisations. Entry of the large number of these intruders is a serious security concern. The Centre states that there is a continuous flow of these intruders from Myanmar to various States in India along with Bengal. Centre has responded to the petition filed by Begum and her 3 children challenging the decision of the Home Ministry.

Confusion has been created with regard to statistics of population of the States at the border area by the entry of these intruders from the neighbouring countries. It is affecting very badly the fundamental rights of Indians, stated the affidavit.
