New Delhi – Mohammed Zubair, the co-founder of ‘AltNews’, an anti-national news website has been arrested by the Delhi Police on the charges of hurting religious sentiments and a case has been filed against him under the clauses 153-A (attempts to create hostility between two communities) and 295-A (hurting religious sentiments). He was called on the 27th of June 2022 by the Police for interrogation of a case registered in 2020. Delhi Police has informed that he has now been arrested on obtaining sufficient proof.

Mohammed Zubair is always trying to incite Muslims in this country against Hindus and against India. He had prepared a video against Nupur Sharma misleading people about the so-called derogatory statement made by her against Prophet Mohammad. On watching that video, Muslims in India and from at least 15 other Islamic countries had demanded to behead Sharma and that India should apologise to Muslims in India.
