Traffic was greatly disturbed in Delhi because of the Bandh. As a measure of caution, schools and colleges were closed in states like UP, Bihar and Jharkhand to maintain law and order.
Editorial viewpoint
When the Supreme Court of India has ordered that penalty should be taken from those who call for a Bandh, organisations are still agitating, these organisations should be banned. |
