New Delhi – I would like to tell the Central Government that we have lost Babri. The second mosque will never be lost. Due to your inaction, justice was denied and our mosque was destroyed. However, remember that the second mosque will not be demolished, said AIMIM president and MP Asaduddin Owaisi. Earlier, Owaisi had said that the survey of Gyanvapi Mosque was unconstitutional. He had also alleged that “Babri Masjid Part 2” was being prepared and this was the first attempt in that regard, there was a conspiracy behind it.

Udaipur (Rajasthan) – The condition of religious places across the country should be maintained as it is, said Congress leader and former Union Minister P Chidambaram. He was speaking in response to a question from reporters on a survey of Gyanvapi Masjid. (Gyanvapi Masjid used to be the former Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple, this is its original condition, and it is being demanded to maintain it. Hence, no one is changing it, only the truth is being revealed. – Editor)

Editorial Viewpoints

  • The survey is being conducted by a Court order and only the truth will be revealed. The same thing happened to Shri Ram Janmabhoomi and everyone had to accept it. The same will happen with Gyanvapi, and it will have to be accepted. No need to be scared of Owaisi’s threats.
  • Owaisi is openly stating here that they will not abide by the law. Isn’t this a contempt of Court and the Constitution ?
  • Owaisi is saying they will not allow the takeover of the mosque. He should also explain what exactly will he do. Now, why doesn’t anyone say that Owaisi’s statement is defying the law and order ?
