Church blocks the public path for Hindus, denies education to Hindu students who refused to convert in Tamil Nadu

Chennai – The Roman Catholic Church in the village of Maruthuvampadi in Tiruvannamalai District of Tamil Nadu built a wall, blocking the public road for Hindus as they had refused to convert. This path enabled the villagers to reach the main road conveniently. Also, the school run by this Church refused education to the Hindu children of the village. The villagers complained against the Church, and they demanded the District Collector take action against Father Yesupadam, who manages the church-run school. An estimated 3,000 Hindus live in this village.

Editorial Viewpoint

Since the DMK Government came to power in Tamil Nadu, atrocities and attacks on Hindus have increased, and Christian missionaries have become more daring. Why don’t national and international human rights organisations report such incidents ? It would immediately have become international news had Hindus done it.
