Aam Aadmi Party woman leader sentenced to 7 years in prison for violence

Gurugram (Haryana) – A total of 10 women, including Aam Aadmi Party leader and local corporator Nisha Singh, were sentenced by a Court to seven years rigorous imprisonment and a fine of ₹10,000 for pelting stones at a City Housing Development Authority team in Gurugram. The incident took place on 15th May 2015.

(Punishment 7 years after the incident is not justice, but injustice ! The Government should realise that crime in the country will be reduced if the criminals are punished immediately ! – Editor) While removing the encroachment in Sector 47, Nisha Singh and others pelted stones at them. (The politicians who oppose the removal of encroachment are anti-people ! – Editor) Nisha Singh was accused of inciting people. Fifteen Police personnel were injured in the stone pelting.
