Permission denied for the proposed Hindu Mahapanchayat in Uttarakhand

Swami Dineshanand Bharti, State Convenor of Kali Sena arrested

Dehradun (Uttarakhand)- The District Administration has denied permission for the proposed Hindu Mahapanchayat at Dada Jalalpur in Uttarakhand. The Administration has imposed Section 144 in the village. State convenor of Kali Sena, Swami Dineshanand Bharti, and his 6 supporters, who had arrived to prepare for the Mahapanchayat, were arrested by the Police. The tent set up for the panchayat has been removed by the Police.

1. On 16th April, religious fanatics pelted stones at the procession being taken on Hanuman Jayanti. Kali Sena claimed that all the culprits have not been arrested by the Police. Kali Sena had announced a Hindu Mahapanchayat on 27th April in Dada Jalalpur village for the arrest of the culprits, and Swami Dineshanand Bharti had arrived there for this purpose.

2. The Administration says that they have been denied permission due to the possibility of provocative speeches in this Mahapanchayat. Therefore, prohibitory orders have been issued for the village. Attempts to spread social disharmony will not be allowed.
