Rafiq, cleaning his bicycle with the Indian national flag arrested at Haldwani (Uttarakhand) !

This is a well-known fact that those insulting the Indian national flag by tearing or burning it or in any other way are always religious fanatics. The patriots feel that strict action should be taken against such anti-nationals !

Dehradun (Uttarakhand) – At Haldwani in Uttarakhand, a shocking video of a religious fanatic named Rafiq, who was cleaning his bicycle with the Indian national flag surfaced on the internet.

A video of this incident went viral and hence, the patriots filed a complaint at the Police station.

After that, the Police arrested Rafiq. Rafiq has a shop named ‘Rafiq Cycle Works’. On the charge of insulting the tricolour, the Police have charged Rafiq under Section 2 of the Prevention of National Honour Act.
