AIMIM members slaughtered 101 lambs to bless Asaduddin Owaisi

Hypocritical PETA and Andhashraddha Nirmoolan Samiti are mum over this issue !

Any value system which involves humans is a two-way street. Either it applies to all or none. However, for organisations like People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) and Andhashraddha Nirmoolan Samiti (ANiS), it’s only Hindus who have to listen to their lectures, while lamb slaughterers are given the tight-lipped silent treatment by these organisations

Mass killings to pray for someone’s life

A strange but not unique incident has come to light. In the run upto the Uttar Pradesh elections, an animal cruelty saga has raised many eyebrows (except that of PETA and ANiS). One of Asaduddin Owaisi’s loyalists in Telangana slaughtered 101 lambs to pray for his leader.

The man committing this grotesque atrocity on poor and helpless lambs is a businessman in Hyderabad. To encourage this manic act, Ahmed Balala, AIMIM leader and MLA of Malakpet was also present at the occasion.

Supporters are scared for Owaisi’s life after attack

According to news reports, the official reason why these lambs were slaughtered is that this would turn into a longer life span for Asaduddin Owaisi. Owaisi’s fan army believes that his life is in real danger after an alleged attack on him in Chhajarsi.

Hypocrisy of PETA

Normally, when an animal is killed like this, PETA and its local branch are expected to rush to the spot with their protests’. However, there were no traces of any kind of PETA sponsored protests at Bagh-e-Jahanara in Hyderabad.

One could excuse PETA for being Geographically distant. However, one can’t make up any excuse for the silence of their Indian franchise. The Indian branch of the organisation seems to be busy prohibiting little children from riding elephants !

PETA refrains from addressing animal cruelty in Islam

This is not the first time PETA is silent when the person committing atrocity belongs to the Muslim community. It had once tried to suggest Muslims celebrate Vegan Eid in 2014, after which its activists were severely thrashed by Islamists.

For a few years, PETA remained silent on Muslim festivals. However, due to Hindus’ patient nature, the organisation did show the audacity to attack Sanatani festivals with the unequivocal support of banning Jallikattu. Additionally, on every Hindu festival, the organisation finds a way to insert ‘animal harm’ in their appeals.

Anti-Hindu stance of PETA and ANiS

A pattern was emerging, and Hindus notice the silence during Muslim festivals, so they started to question PETA. Losing their fanbase, PETA started to make simple appeals on Muslim festivals like Bakrid. They did not confront their cultures but used indirect language to air their messages.

With no statements against Owaisi and his fan following, PETA and its Indian arm have again confirmed to Hindus that any moral value in India is a tool to lecture the majority community of the country. For them, the minority is always innocent, no matter what they do.

Similarly, ANiS has not opened its mouth about the act – that slaughter of 101 lambs leads to long life – and this amounts to blind faith ! Its members did not display their self-righteousness and indignance outside the HQ of AIMIM in Hyderabad. Maybe their Trustees could not take time out from the bickering going on in their internal matters.

Such organisations repeatedly prove their anti-Hindu stance when they remain mum over incidents related to religious fanatics, but are alert to nit-picking on Hindus for the smallest of issues !
