BJP leader and former Minister Brijmohan Agarwal alleged that the group was based in Karachi, Pakistan. The organisation had applied to the Government for land to construct a community building in the Boriya Khurd area of the city. It was handed over to the organisation on 21st January 2021.
Agarwal alleged that Dawat-e-Islami has foreign funding and is involved in terrorist activities and religious conversion. How was the process of allotment of land to this organisation completed within a year, when many applications for land were pending with the Government ?
