New Delhi – A Delhi Court has framed charges in connection with the 2020 riots in Delhi. The Court agreed that the main purpose of the riots was to create terror and panic among Hindus.

The purpose was also to threaten Hindus to leave the country, to loot and burn their property. Mohammad Shahnawaz, Mohammad Shoaib, Sharjeel Imam, Umar Khalid, Khalid Saifi, Ishrat Jahan, Tahir Hussain, Meeran Haider, Pinjda Tod, Gulfisha Fatima, Safoora Zargar, Natasha Narwal and Devangana Kalita etc. are the main accused in this case.
