Islamabad (Pakistan) – Parliament of Pakistan has passed a new ordinance to stop incidents of rapes. According to this ordinance, rapists will be made impotent as punishment for that crime. This law is the result of the increasing rape incidents in Pakistan.

According to this law, a Special Court will be established to hear the cases concerning sexual abuse on women and children. Each of these petitions will be decided within just 4 months. Rapists of all kinds, meaning committing this crime once or repeatedly, will be made impotent as punishment for the crime. It is mandatory to take the culprit’s permission.

There is a specific mention that the Police and Government officials handling such cases carelessly will be sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment. Those who expose the names of the victims will also be punished.
