Rajasthan : Some youth from the Meena community tear a saffron flag with ‘Shri Ram’ inscription in presence of a Congress backed independent MLA

It is not at all surprising that the saffron flag was torn down in Congress-ruled Rajasthan. It is rather shameful for the public who elected such candidates.

Jaipur (Rajasthan) – Some youths from the Meena community tore down the saffron flag in Amagarh Fort in Rajasthan in the presence of Congress sponsored independent MLA Ramkesh Meena. The flag had ‘Shri Ram’ inscribed on it. The video of the incident soon went viral on social media.

  1. Rakesh Meena, MLA and State President of Rajasthan Adivasi Meena Seva Sangh said that Amagarh Fort is a historical heritage of the Meena community. It was earlier ruled by the Meena community. There is a temple of Ambamata. Some miscreants have tampered with the history by hoisting the saffron flag here. (There are records available that show that the Meena Community has originated from the Incarnation of Shri Vishnu, Matsyavtar. Shriram is also an Incarnation of Shri Vishnu. Then what is wrong with hoisting a flag with Shriram written on it ? How is this tampering with history ? Those who forget their roots as Hindus and insult Hindu Deities in such a way are mean. – Editor) For this reason, the flag was removed from here. A branch of our community has been given the responsibility to protect this fort so that no such incident takes place in future. (Hindus splitting up from Hindu Dharma to have independent existence for their interests. – Editor)
  2. A few days ago, an Idol of Deity Shiva was vandalised by some miscreants here. Police had arrested some individuals in this regard.
