Agartala (Tripura) – Shaileshkumar Yadav, District Magistrate of West Tripura District disrupted a marriage function that was violating the night curfew between 10 pm to 5 am. In a video, that has gone viral, Yadav can be seen raiding the marriage hall and forcing out invitees, who were violating the Covid rules. Facing severe criticism for this action, Shaileshkumar Yadav has tendered an apology. He said, “I did not have an intention of hurting anyone’s sentiments”. CM Biplab Kumar Deb has ordered a report should be presented regarding this incident.
