Priti (Unconditional love) flows constantly from Paratpar Guru (Dr.) Athavale, breaking the barriers of language and states

Paratpar Guru (Dr.) Athavale

Telling devout Hindus that ‘Sanatan Prabhat is your mouthpiece only’ !

Society considers ‘Sanatan Prabhat’ to be the mouthpiece of ‘Sanatan Sanstha’; however, Paratpar Guru (Dr.) Athavale has taught the seekers that ‘Sanatan Prabhat’ should act as the mouthpiece of all Hindutva proponents and activists. He has said to every devout Hindu he has met – ‘Think of Sanatan Prabhat as your own newspaper and send news of your organisation to ‘Sanatan Prabhat’ for publication !’ He told the office bearers of one organisation in Karnataka – ‘We will reserve one page for your organisation. You send the necessary matter, we will publish it’.

The website ‘HinduJagruti.org’, which has the highest readership among pro-Hindu websites, also regularly publishes news of the activities of various organisations.

In doing all this, Paratpar Guru (Dr.) Athavale has given a perspective that ‘This is our small contribution in the mission that is being carried out by devout Hindus’.

Supporting Hindus or organisations in trouble

Instances such as physical assaults on devout Hindus by the Police and anti-Dharma activists, unjust arrests, etc. are quite regular while performing actions to protect Dharma. ‘In such cases, seekers should immediately visit the victimised devout Hindus or activists of the other organisations on your own’ – This has been the teaching of Paratpar Guru (Dr.) Athavale to the seekers. ‘When someone comes to your aid in times of your trouble, you feel his support. Likewise, others should also feel your support’, this is the perspective of Paratpar Guru (Dr.) Athavale. Therefore, if it came to His notice that a devout Hindu or an organisation is in trouble, Paratpar Guru (Dr.) Athavale would always ask, ‘Did anyone visit them or not ?’, ‘Do they need any help ?’

Following are just two experiences that highlight giving of support to devout Hindu organisations which are in difficulty.

Helping a devout Hindu leader at the psychological and spiritual levels in his difficult times

The mission of one organisation was almost paralysed due to internal disputes of its activists, Police brutality against its activists, cases in various Courts, a ban on entry in different States, financial difficulties, etc. As a result, the main leader of this organisation was depressed. He was thinking of retiring from social life. After Paratpar Guru (Dr.) Athavale realised this, He gave the leader psychological support. He prescribed medicines to him for lifting his spirits and told him that He would do his best to help the organisation. After this, He sought  information about the leader and his work from time to time and told the volunteers of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti to help him in any way possible.

Guiding and assisting small organisations so that their mission grows

While working to unite devout Hindus, some small organisations also came in our contact. The office bearers of these organisations had the yearning to carry out the mission of Hindutva. However, they were ignorant about the direction of their mission and how to spread the organisations. Paratpar Guru (Dr.) Athavale asked the office bearers of such organisations to carry out some activities under the leadership of that organisation itself. He also suggested various measures to train the office bearers on how to work in that direction.

Under this programme, some office bearers were asked to visit Sanatan Ashram for a few days to learn about the management of an Ashram, while some devout Hindu activists were asked to go to different places for a few days with the volunteers of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti and learn how they work towards Hindu unity.
