Mamata Banerjee says she will oppose the split of votes along Hindu-Muslim lines

Appeals Muslims to vote for Trinamool Congress

Mamata Banerjee can try to save her image by such tall talks, but Hindus have understood the purported secularism of Mamata (Bano)

Kolkata (Bengal) – While responding to a notice issued by the Election Commission, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee said, ‘Election Commission can send 10 notices to me; but my response is the same. I will always speak out against the division of Hindu and Muslim votes. I don’t want the votes to get divided on the basis of religion’. (Who will believe this statement of Mamata Banerjee, who regularly appeases Muslims and is always anti-Hindu? – Editor). She was addressing the media here. The Election Commission has sent a notice to Mamata Banerjee for her appeal to Muslim voters while campaigning in Hooghly to not allow their votes to get split among different political parties.

Mamta Banerjee questioned the Election Commission how many notices were sent to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who ‘does Hindu-Muslim’ every day, why was no complaint  filed against him? The term ‘Pakistani’ was used by some politicians during the election in Nandigram. How many complaints were filed against them? (Why is Mamata Banerjee so sensitive to this word ‘Pakistani’? What is wrong in stating a fact openly? – Editor)
