5,51,000 Diyas to be light at Ram ki Pairi !

Ayodhya (UP) – On the eve of Diwali, thousands of Diyas (earthen lamps) to be lit at Ayodhya after 500 hundred years. The Deepotsav (festival of lights) is to be celebrated from 11th November to 13th November. Yogi Adityanath, Uttar Pradesh, Chief Minister will make his presence for the festival on 13th November. PM Modi will be virtually available for the festival. Devotees will also be able to participate in the festival online. The Government has launched a portal for the same. The website will go live from 13th November.

CM Yogi Adityanath stated that along with Ram Ki Pairi, all Mutts, Temples and homes will be enlighten. Almost 5.5 lakh lamps will be lit at Ram Ki Pairi. Last year 4,10,000 lamps were illuminated at various Ghats and Akhada campus.
