Ponda (Goa) – Some anti-Hindu forces, as well as so-called progressives have been constantly trying to blame Sanatan Sanstha for the Margao Blast case; however, the conspiracy to get Sanatan convicted was foiled with the verdict given on 19.9.2020 by the Goa Bench of the Bombay High Court.
The Congress Government in Goa (when the blast took place) had tried to implicate 6 innocent seekers in this case. After 4 years of incarceration, the Sessions Court had acquitted these seekers.
While hearing the appeal, the Goa Bench of the Bombay High Court upheld the judgement of the Sessions Court and acquitted all the accused.
“We welcome this decision of the Court. This is a hard slap in the face for those who spread the myth of saffron terrorism”, said Mr. Chetan Rajhans (National Spokesperson of Sanatan Sanstha).
