Lucknow (U.P.) – In order to curb the atrocities committed against women in Uttar Pradesh, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has ordered the Police Administration to display the posters of the habitual offenders at every public place.
The Government has named the mission as “Mission Durachari”. The responsibility of the mission has been given to Police department. As per the objectives of the mission, women Police Officers will patrol the important places in the city, which are prone to offences against women. If any offence is committed against women within a particular Police Station limits, then Chief of the Brigade (Beat In-charge), the Station Officer and the Circle Officer will be held responsible.

The names of the persons who are helping the accused persons involved in offences against women, should be brought to notice. This will results in discouraging the persons helping the accused.
The posters of persons involved in damaging the government property were also be displayed at public places

Prior to this, Yogi Adityanath’s Government had displayed the photos (posters) of persons who caused damage to the Government Property during the agitation against the “Citizenship Amendment Act”.
