‘Perform the Bhoomipujan of Ram Temple symbolically !’ – Imtiaz Jaleel, MP, AIMIM

The Government has restricted the celebration of religious festivals due to rapid spread of corona. Though the Bhoomipujan at Ram temple is going to be performed following all the Government norms why is Imtiaz Jaleel, IMMIM, objecting to it ? The public expects that the Police should issue a notice to Jaleel for his statements.

Aurangabad (Maharashtra) – The Government has restricted the celebration of religious festivals due to rapid spread of corona in Maharashtra. The Maharashtra Government has appealed all Muslims to perform Bakari Eid symbolically. However, Imtiaz Jaleel, AIMIM, MP raised an objection to this appeal. He said that, ‘why only Eid should be celebrated symbolically? Prime Minister Narendra Modi should also perform the Bhoomipujan of Ram temple in Ayodhya symbolically.’ (There are restrictions on the celebration of Bakri Eid, because it will be celebrated across the whole country. On the contrary, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend the Bhoomipujan ceremony in Ayodhya for a stipulated period of time. It should investigated when it is very clear that the Bhoomipujan ceremony will not take place throughout the country, is Imtiaz Jaleel making such statements with the intention of cheap popularity or to provoke the Muslims ?’ – Editor.)
