Mathura (UP) – During the excavation of a gutter, the Water Supply Department found two thousand-year-old Idol of Agnidevata (Deity of Fire) in Dig Gate area of Mathura. Since the Archaeology Department has refused to take possession of the idol, it would form a part of the collection of a museum. (Why did the Archaeology department refrain from taking the idol ? Why does the Archaeology Department not interested in conducting the research in an ancient idol ? This demonstrates hatred of the Archaeology Department towards Hindus. Close such an Archaeology Department ! – Editor)
