Bihar to pay salary to Govt. employees, before time on the eve of Eid

Many Hindu festivals were observed during the lockdown. Why did the Bihar Government not take this decision for Hindus ?

Patna (Bihar) – The Bihar Government will pay salary for May from 20^th May to all Government employees. This was decided on the eve of Eid. Previously, the State Government  has paid the salary, before time, on the eve of festivals.
