Mumbai – “We salute patriotic Muslims; but, how to sympathise with those who have a history of eating beef and committing atrocities against women of other religions ? There were some noble exceptions. We admire them. Therefore, Sarsanghchalak should fearlessly suggest to the Prime Minister to establish the Hindu Rashtra (Nation)”, appealed Acharya Dhamendraji Maharaj (Senior Guide of Vishwa Hindu Parishad). Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat had appealed for sympathy towards Muslims in a Facebook post on 26th April. Acharya Dharmendraji Maharaj objected to this and reacted through social media.
Acharya Dharmendraji Maharaj further said the following.
“Mohan Bhagwatji, Sarsanghchalak of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), the world’s largest swayamsevak organisation has suggested that sympathy should be shown without expressing hatred towards some Muslims who are terrified due to fear and terror. He said he can not imagine living in India without Muslims.
The birth of Islam is only 1,500 years old, and Hindu Dharma has a very ancient tradition. Islamic invasions brought fear and terror to India. The Islamic invaders did not come with a banner of peace and love. They brought rivers of blood, this history is an open secret.
We pay our respects to Ashfaq Ullah Khan, Dr. Abdul Kalam, Shahnai player Bismillah Khan, etc. However, we will not accept religious fanatics”.
