‘#Boycottdabangg3’ becomes top trend as it insults Hindu Sages and Deities

Mumbai – The trailer of film ‘Dabangg-3’ was aired recently. It is going to be released on 20^th December 2019. In the film song ‘Hud-Hud-Dabang-Dabang’, Hindu Sages, Deity Shiva, Shriram and Shrikrushna have been denigrated.

Sages have been shown dancing with Salman Khan in a hideous and objectionable manner. Characters dressed as Deity Shiva, Shriram and Shrikrushna are shown blessing Salman Khan. This has hurt the religious sentiments of Hindus. These scenes are from the trailer and more such denigrating scenes might be there in the entire film. Hence, the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) should delete such scenes from the film. Till then, Certification should not be given to the film – demanded Hindu Janajagruti Samiti. HJS has submitted a memorandum to the CBFC in this regard.

On this issue, devout Hindus have started ‘#BoycottDabangg3’ trend on twitter.

Many Hindu organisations are protesting by organising agitations, submitting memorandums to Government officials and through social media.

Devout Hindus can protest about this denigration to the CBFC by writing to or calling them.
