Subsequently, the woman and her husband consumed poison. Both are in critical condition. A case has now been registered.

Gujarat

Police have registered a case and initiated an investigation.

Cases of religious conversion of Hindus

Police have arrested Rajbhar and seized conversion-related material and a two-wheeler from his possession.

2. Bikaner (Rajasthan) – A 32-year-old married Hindu woman travelled to Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh along with her five-year-old daughter. A woman named Gulbahar alias Myra Khan had reportedly befriended her through social media. The Hindu woman’s family has alleged that an attempt may have been made to convert her to Islam.
