Mumbai – While working at Axis Bank, I too witnessed incidents involving attempts at religious conversion and sexual exploitation. Several men misused their positions to trouble women; however, whenever complaints were filed, senior authorities took immediate cognisance and initiated action. Information about unethical practices there has come to light and action has been taken. When such incidents occur, it is essential to report them to society and senior authorities so that they can be curbed. It is disheartening to witness such cases. This reflects that such incidents do take place in the corporate sector, said Amruta Fadnavis, wife of the Chief Minister.

If such cases can happen even in banks, it’s time for a nationwide audit of corporate workplaces.#TCS #Nashik pic.twitter.com/11xqaAjIs4
