Nashik – Natarajan Chandrasekaran, Chairman of Tata Sons, described the allegations of sexual harassment at the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) establishment here as serious and disturbing. He stated, “The matter is currently under investigation by senior officials, and strict action will be taken against those found guilty. The Tata Group maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of misconduct or coercion.”

Natarajan Chandrasekaran stated, “The investigation is being conducted under the leadership of Chief Executive Officer K Krithivasan. Its objective is to establish the full facts of the case and identify those responsible. The organization has taken this matter with the utmost seriousness. Action has been initiated against the accused employees, and full cooperation is being extended to the investigating authorities.”
The organization had clearly stated that it maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of harassment. Upon receiving information about the incident, the concerned employees were suspended.
