Although a ceasefire has been declared, the Strait of Hormuz has not yet been fully reopened. Moreover, Iran, in coordination with Oman, is preparing to impose heavy charges on commercial ships passing through this route. The Iranian attacks caused significant damage to the UAE; however, the agreement makes no provision for compensation for these losses.
Emirati expert Amjad Taha has held Pakistan responsible for this betrayal. He stated that Pakistan has kept the terrorist regime in Iran alive.

Amjad Taha wrote on ‘X’ that Pakistan did not even demand that Iran stop its attacks on the UAE, Jordan, and other Gulf nations. He added that this backward mindset and betrayal will not be forgotten, and that trusting terrorists is the biggest mistake in the world.
