In this context, Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Mahaswamiji of Sutturu Mutt delivered an important message emphasising the need for global peace. He stated that lasting peace and harmony in the world can be achieved only through spiritual values and a spiritual way of life. According to him, peace can never emerge from anger, hatred, or hostility. Mahaswamiji shared this message while addressing devotees at a religious gathering held at Somahalli in Gundlupet Taluk.
