23 year old Noman Sheikh accused of raping a 7 year old boy on a mosque rooftop !

Karnavati (Gujarat) — In the Jamalpur area near Gaikwad Haveli, 23‑year‑old Noman Sheikh has been arrested on charges of sexually assaulting a 7‑year‑old boy. According to the complaint, Noman allegedly took the child to the mosque rooftop under the pretext of teaching namaz and committed the crime. Police acted promptly and arrested him. Noman lived in the same neighbourhood as the victim.

After the incident, the child returned home and told his family what had happened. Seeing the child’s deteriorating condition, the family admitted him to hospital. Authorities recorded the child’s statement and launched an investigation. Nearby CCTV footage reportedly shows Noman leading the child to the mosque rooftop; this footage formed the basis for his arrest.
