Pakistani terrorist Shahzad Bhatti attacked in Portugal

New Delhi – The Lawrence Bishnoi gang has claimed responsibility for an alleged attack on Pakistani criminal and terrorist Shahzad Bhatti in Portugal. On behalf of Bishnoi gang, gangster Randeep Malik circulated a message on social media that the attack was carried out at his direction. In the message, Malik warned that similar action would be taken against anyone speaking against the nation or against Lawrence Bishnoi. He further threatened that such individuals would be pursued anywhere in the world and killed.  However, there has been no official confirmation from international authorities regarding the reported attack on Bhatti.

Claims circulated via social media

1. In a Facebook post, Randeep Malik began with religious slogans, ‘Jai Mahakal’, ‘Jai Shriram’, ‘Sat Sri Akal’, ‘ Ram Ram Sarva Bhavanna’ (Ram Ram to all brothers), and stated that the attack on Shahzad Bhatti was executed through coordination between himself and Anil Pandit based in the United States.

2. Bhatti had recently issued open death threats against Anmol Bishnoi and Lawrence Bishnoi, after which he was allegedly targeted. Bhatti is believed to have a history of involvement in criminal and terror-related activities in Pakistan.

3. Bhatti was formerly a close friend of Lawrence Bishnoi, however, later, their relations became strained. From time to time, Bhatti was also accused  of working for Pakistan’s Intelligence Agency ISI (Inter-Services Intelligence) and carrying out terrorist attacks in Punjab.
