New Delhi – The Rouse Avenue Court in New Delhi has refused to accept the charge sheet filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the National Herald financial fraud case. The charge sheet was filed against the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and Rajya Sabha MP Sonia Gandhi. Two weeks ago, ED had registered a new crime again in the same case. The Court will not hear this case At present. Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi will not have to be present in the Court.
