2008 Malegaon bomb blast case !
Mumbai – The verdict of the special NIA (National Investigation Agency) court in the 2008 Malegaon bomb blast case has been challenged before the Bombay High Court. In this case, all 7 accused had been acquitted. Following a petition filed by the victims, the High Court has issued notices to all those acquitted.
Among them are BJP’s former Member of Parliament Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur and Lieutenant Colonel Prasad Purohit. The court has directed all of them to submit their responses within 6 weeks.
