
Firozabad (Uttar Pradesh) – Panic briefly ensued in Firozabad on Sunday evening when pieces of meat were discovered on the kanwar yatra route near the Kotla crossing, according to local officials. The Administration quickly sprung into action and cleaned the path and brought the situation under control.
Sanjul Pandey, the Station House Officer (SHO) of Uttar police station, stated, “Some miscreants threw meat remains from the Kotla crossing flyover onto the road below. Understanding the sensitivity of the matter, the police team on the spot immediately got the area cleaned.”2 special teams have been appointed to investigate the matter, CCTV footage from the neighbouring areas is being examined.
