Now the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has stated that the ‘Indian Council of Medical Research’ and the ‘All India Institute of Medical Sciences’ have conducted a study on sudden deaths in adults after COVID-19. The study made it clear that there is no link between the COVID-19 vaccine and sudden deaths.

The Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare further said that a study conducted by the Indian Council of Medical Research and the National Centre for Disease Control has shown that COVID-19 vaccines are safe and effective in India. Serious side effects are very rare. The study was conducted in 47 hospitals across 19 States and Union Territories of the country from May 2023 to August 2023. The study was conducted on people who were previously completely healthy; but died suddenly between October 2021 and March 2023.

Sudden heart attacks can occur due to various reasons

Experts also explained that sudden cardiac death can be caused by a variety of factors, including genetics, lifestyle, pre-existing health conditions, and complications after contracting COVID. Sudden cardiac arrest can occur for a variety of reasons. It is wrong to directly link COVID vaccination and sudden cardiac death.
