₹1.06 crore spent on procurement

Mumbai – The government has purchased Apple iPads for the state Cabinet, aimed at implementing an e-Cabinet system. Along with iPads, accessories like Magic Keyboards, Apple Pencils, and covers have also been procured.
Each iPad costs ₹1,65,843, while a single Magic Keyboard is priced at ₹31,188. An Apple Pencil costs ₹7,268 and a cover is priced at ₹8,850. The total expenditure for the purchase is ₹1,06,57,583.
The government has placed an order for 50 iPads, 50 keyboards, 50 pencils, and 50 covers. Suppliers have been instructed to deliver all items within a week.
