Shankhnad from the Land of Bhagawan Parashuram : The Need and the Impact

During the anti-Government protests in Bangladesh against the Sheikh Hasina regime, many Hindus were killed. In Kashmir, Kerala and Bengal, the Hindus are being gradually wiped out. In Karnataka, devout Hindu activists are being selectively murdered. Recently, in Pahalgam, Hindus were killed after being asked about their religious identity. Hindus are being targeted everywhere, even abroad. India has become the only country where the majority (Hindus) are the ones who suffer violence, and yet they remain focused solely on raising awareness. Therefore, it is no longer sufficient to spread awareness; now, decisive action is needed.

Just as Samartha Ramdas Swami awakened the people and inspired them to join the mission of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, today too, the Saints are spreading awareness, and we must now prepare to fight to establish the ‘Sanatan Rashtra’ through this Sanatan Rashtra Shankhnad Mahotsav.

When the Shankhnad took place in Rameswaram, the destruction of Lanka became certain. When the Shankhnad took place on the battlefield of Kurukshetra, the defeat of the Kouravas became inevitable. After Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s Shankhnad, ‘Hindavi Swarajya’ was established. Now, as this Shankhnad is taking place in the land of Bhagawan Parashuram, the arrival of the ‘Sanatan Rashtra’ is certain.

For the past 25 years, Sanatan Sanstha has been making relentless efforts to create an ideal and cultured generation for the ‘Sanatan Rashtra’ under the guidance of Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale from Bhagawan Parashuram’s sacred land of Gomantak. On the Silver Jubilee of Sanatan Sanstha, this Sanatan Rashtra Shankhanad Mahotsav is indeed a collective resolve to create an ideal Nation akin to the Ram Rajya.

Given the challenges India faces today, the existence and preservation of Sanatan Dharma is of utmost importance. In Pahalgam, terrorists killed Hindu tourists after confirming their religion. It is a shame for Hindus that they have to go to Court to demand their right to worship at Kashi and Mathura. The ‘Breaking India Forces’ are constantly attacking our eternal values like Gomata, Ganga, Temples, Gods, Scriptures, etc. To maintain the eternal existence of the Nation, it is also necessary to restore the glory of these. ‘Dharmena Jayati Rashtram’ (A Nation that abides by Dharma is victorious !) is the motto of this Mahotsav. Our Nation needs Sanatan Dharma to always be victorious and that is why this Shankhnad.

During the Sanatan Rashtra Shankhnad Mahotsav, devout Hindus and seekers wore saffron attire.

Saffron is associated with the Treta and Dwapar Yugas. It is closely linked with Deity Hanuman, who was a devotee of Shriram, and possessed devotional (servitude) as well as gallant qualities. Saffron embodies Brahmatej (Radiance of a Brahman) as well as Kshatratej (Radiance of a warrior). Saffron contains the essence of both.

Today, everyone present at the Shankhnad Mahotsav wore saffron attire. This is a Divine sign. From now on, saffron will be seen not just in India, but will be visible across the world.
