A situation like Bangladesh may arise for Hindus in Bengal
Mithun Chakraborty had made a similar statement a few days ago in Barrackpore. He had said that if the BJP is unable to win the state assembly elections in 2026, then a situation similar to Bangladesh may arise for Hindus in the State. ‘If we (the BJP) do not win, the situation may become even more difficult for Hindus in West Bengal. BJP-supporting Bengali Hindus will not be safe. If the same people return to power, they will not spare us. Therefore, the Hindus in Bengal must act now, otherwise it may be too late’.
